Who can join: This e-association is for everyone who was in, attached to, or anyone who supports or is friends of  the 9th Infantry Division. What this association is about: This e-association is about supporting the individual 9th Infantry Division veteran and family members by giving them a web site to display their names,  photos or stories on. This 9th Infantry Division e-Association is independent of any other 9th Infantry Division association and governs itself only.  What this association is NOT about: This 9th Infantry Division e-Association DOES NOT discriminate like the older "Ninth Infantry Division Association" does by not allowing Vietnam Veterans to join. This e-association DOES NOT require proof of service by requiring individuals to submit a DD214 form for admission.  We run on the honor system.  If someone likes the 9th Infantry Division enough to be dishonest about it, so be it.  We need the support because in reality the 9th Infantry Division is a vanishing division because it is not an active division with younger members joining. This e-association DOES NOT require dues for membership.  We run entirely on donations.  Not everyone can afford dues, or some may not feel that it is worth it.  And this e-association figures you've already paid your dues by being in the 9th Infantry Division. Current Rules - The following rules for this e-association apply until amended: This is a free e-association.  There are no dues. Members must be United States Army Veterans, supporters or friends of the 9th Infantry Division. To join this e-association all that one has to do is sign up for the roster. Only members of this 9th Infantry Division e-Association may post material on this web site. Material posted on this web site must be related to the 9th Infantry Division. Purpose - The reason for this e-association is to unite our brothers and sisters so that we can: Support the individual 9th Infantry Division Veteran, especially those who do not have a web site to display their photos or information on, or those who have no unit association to join. Support existing subordinate unit associations. Anything else that this e-association wishes to do. Officers - The only officers for this website will be the webmaster, or webmasters.  Honorary officers may be nominated.  If you are desiring to attend a reunion, we recommend also joining the 9th Infantry Division Society for that purpose.  If you have any questions, please email this webmaster.
